Creating a respectful, inclusive and supportive culture is integral to our ability to collaborate, generate competitive business insights and make better decisions . As we continue to grow, we aspire to achieve a level of diversity that reflects the communities and organizations we serve and support around the globe . Since the outset of our diversity, equity and inclusion (“DE&I”) journey in 2021, we've been steadfast in our commitment to meaningful action . We've focused on initiatives to bolster our talent pipeline by actively promoting the inclusion of women in management roles and advocating for increased representation of underrepresented racial and ethnic groups . Additionally, we've worked to create a workplace where every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives . The implementation and success of Fiera Capital’s DE&I strategy are driven by the collective efforts of employees from across the organization and led by the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and a group of nearly 50 Fiera Capital employees who make up the Global DE&I Council and Ambassador Network . 35 Cultivating diversity isn't just about checking boxes; it's about unlocking the full spectrum of human potential . Our ERMF includes a range of risk categories, such as strategic, financial, legal and compliance, investment, operational, cybersecurity and data privacy risks . This helps ensure clarity over responsibility for risk management and segregation of duties between those who take on and manage risk and those who oversee and provide assurance on risk . 40 Enterprise Risk Management enables Fiera Capital to deliver valuable returns for clients in a measured and controlled fashion . As a firm we channel our entrepreneurial history to drive innovation in a risk-adjusted way .
