Overview

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., a leading energy and infrastructure business, operates through its three major segments - Refining, Retail, and Logistics. The Refining segment consists of three refineries that produce a wide range of refined products including ultra-low sulfur diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, marine fuel, distillate, asphalt, low sulfur fuel oil, and more. These products are primarily consumed in Hawaii, Pacific Northwest, Wyoming, and South Dakota. The company’s Retail segment operates 121 fuel retail outlets in Hawaii, Washington, and Idaho under various brand names, including Hele, 76, nomnom, and Zip Trip, and also sells merchandise such as soft drinks, prepared foods, and sundries. Meanwhile, the Logistics segment owns and operates terminals, pipelines, and trucking operations in order to distribute refined products throughout Hawaii’s major islands. Additionally, it leases marine vessels, owns and operates crude oil and refined products pipelines, and has storage facilities in Wyoming and South Dakota. Notably, the Logistics segment serves Joint Base Lewis McChord through its marine terminal, unit train-capable rail loading terminal, storage facilities, truck rack, and proprietary pipeline. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., was originally incorporated as Par Petroleum Corporation in 1984 and changed its name in October 2015.
