ADM Energy plc is a natural resources investment company based in London that focuses on oil and gas projects in Nigeria and other parts of Sub-Saharan Africa. It invests primarily in OML 113, an offshore license covering 835 square kilometers in Nigeria, and has a cooperation agreement with Dubai Bridge Investments LLC to source and develop upstream oil and gas field investment opportunities jointly. Previously known as MX Oil plc, the company changed its name in June 2019. ADM Energy plc was incorporated in 2004 and has a strong focus on mineral, metal, and oil and gas exploration and development.
