Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (APR.UN) has announced a cash distribution of $0.80 per REIT unit on an annualised basis for May 2016. The payment will be made on June 15 to unitholders of record as of May 31. APR.UN is the only publicly traded company in Canada to focus solely on consolidating automotive dealership real estate properties. Its portfolio of 29 commercial properties in Canada includes primarily income-producing automotive dealership properties.
