Cadence Minerals Plc, formerly Rare Earth Minerals plc, is a London-based investment firm focused on identifying, investing in and developing lithium and rare earth assets, as well as exploring other mining related opportunities, such as iron ore. The company currently holds interests in two major projects: the Sonora Lithium project in Northern Mexico and the Yangibana project in Gascoyne, Western Australia. Cadence Minerals Plc was incorporated in 2004 and changed its name in March 2017.
