China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited is a telecommunications company established in Hong Kong in 2000, and it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2000. It has also been included as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Index since 2001. The company merged with China Netcom Group Corporation in 2008.
