Chicago-based Coeur Mining Inc. is a precious metals exploration company operating in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Its primary focus is on gold, silver, zinc, and lead properties. The firm boasts an array of high-value assets including the Palmarejo gold and silver mine, spread over 67,279 net acres located in Chihuahua, Mexico; the Rochester silver and gold mine on 43,441 net acres in Northwestern Nevada; and the Kensington gold mine on 3,972 net acres to the north of Juneau, Alaska.
