With a strategy centered on covered call options that generate current earnings from option premiums, the fund benchmarks its performance against the Russell 1000 Growth Index, the CBOE S&P 500 BuyWrite Index, and the CBOE NASDAQ-100 BuyWrite Index. Since its formation on January 31, 2005, the Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II has been domiciled in the United States.
