The firm's suite includes Freshdesk Support Desk, which allows businesses to interact with customers via email, social media, and messaging; Freshdesk Contact Center, offering cloud-based telephony and call management; Freshdesk Customer Success, a tool for B2B subscription companies; Freshchat, which uses AI to engage customers across web, mobile, and social messaging; Freshsales, for configuring quotes and managing pipelines; and Freshservice, a service management solution. Freshworks Inc. was formerly known as Freshdesk Inc. before its rebranding in 2017.
