Recently, the company has been undertaking the development of various high-rise apartment buildings, sub-high-rise apartment buildings, multi-layer apartment buildings, office buildings, and road construction projects. Originally known as China HGS Real Estate Inc., the company underwent a name change in March 2022 to Green Giant Inc.
