Dallas-based New Concept Energy, Inc. has made a name for itself in the real estate rental business. Holding approximately 190 acres of land in Parkersburg, West Virginia, the company is also involved in offering advisory and management services for an independent oil and gas company. New Concept Energy, Inc. was previously known as CabelTel International Corporation, until its name change in May 2008.
