EXPLANATORY NOTE

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K as of and for the year ended December 31, 2021 with the
Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2022 (the “Original Filing”). The Company is filing this Form 10-K/A, Amendment No. 1 solely to
amend  the  text  of  Exhibit  23.1  of  the  Original  Filing  to  correct  a  typographical  error  in  Exhibit  23.1  included  in  the  Original  Filing,  which  resulted  in
Exhibit 23.1 not conforming to the consent provided by the auditors.

Except as described above, no other changes have been made to the Original Filing.
