Platinum Group Metals Ltd., an operator and majority owner of the Waterberg Project, a bulk underground palladium, platinum, gold, and rhodium deposit located in South Africa, has received approval from Waterberg JV Resources Pty Ltd. for an Independent Definitive Feasibility Study for the project. The Waterberg Project, jointly developed by Platinum Group and shareholders of Waterberg JV Co., including Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd., Japan Oil, Gas, and Metals National Corporation, Hanwa Co. Ltd., and Mnombo Wethu Consultants (Pty) Ltd., was discovered by Platinum Group.
