following year-ended 31 December 2019 Annual Report Annexure, as required under ASX regulations.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 4.10.16, the number of unquoted equity securities on issue as at 31 December
2019, held by 37 holders, was 48,751,450.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 4.10.8, 336 holders held less than a marketable parcel of DRO securities, based
on the closing market price as at 31 December 2019 of $0.275.
